Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Purpose Blueprint, the related website(s), forms, emails, digital files, templates, and any associated content (collectively, the "Product") provided by Clarity Partners ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, accessing, downloading, or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational purpose only, not professional advice

The Product is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical, mental health, therapeutic, legal, financial, accounting, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who is familiar with your situation. Do not disregard professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of anything you read in the Product.

2. No therapist client relationship

Your use of the Product does not create a therapist client, counselor client, doctor patient, or other professional relationship between you and us.

3. No guarantees, results vary

We do not promise, guarantee, or warrant any particular outcome, result, revenue, performance, or transformation from using the Product. Outcomes depend on many factors, including your effort, circumstances, consistency, health, and external conditions. You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

4. Assumption of risk

You understand that personal development work can involve emotional and psychological discomfort. You agree that you use the Product at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for how you interpret and apply the content.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, or believe you may harm yourself or others, stop using the Product and seek immediate help from emergency services or qualified professionals.

5. Payments, delivery, and access

Upon successful payment, we will deliver access to the Product by download, email, portal, mobile application, or another method we choose. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and ensuring deliverability.

5a. Subscriptions and auto-renewal

The Product may be offered as an auto-renewing subscription on the web (billed through Stripe) and on iOS (billed through Apple In-App Purchase). When you subscribe:

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual depending on the plan you select) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period,
• Your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee at each renewal,
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time. iOS subscriptions can be managed in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Web subscriptions can be managed in your account billing page on the web,
• No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period when you cancel before the period ends. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.

For iOS subscriptions: any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

6. Refund policy

All sales are final unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing at the time of purchase. For iOS subscriptions, refunds are processed by Apple. Request a refund through Apple's standard refund flow at reportaproblem.apple.com. For web subscriptions, if you believe you were charged in error, contact support@purpose.guide within 14 days of the charge.

7. License, permitted use, and restrictions

We grant you a limited, personal, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to use the Product for your own personal or internal business use.

You may not:

• reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or share the Product (or any portion) with others,
• post the Product publicly, or upload it to any public or private sharing site,
• remove copyright or proprietary notices,
• create derivative products that compete with the Product, or
• use the Product to train or prompt a competing AI model, dataset, or automated system.

8. Intellectual property

The Product, and all content and materials included, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Third party tools and links

The Product may reference or link to third party websites, tools, or services. We are not responsible for third party content, policies, performance, or practices. Your use of third party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of, or in any way connected with, your use of the Product, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

13. Dispute resolution and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming, USA, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when changes were made. Continued use of the Product after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
