Talk first

Workspace setup

We provision your organization workspace, invite your initial cohort (typically 25-50 members), and configure roles and permissions to match your governance model.

Members complete intakes

Each member runs their own 5-minute intake in their own session. The integrity boundary holds at the org level too. Members keep full control of their individual blueprint.

Architecture Intelligence + scenarios

Once intakes complete, your admin generates the Architecture Intelligence read against your existing structure, plus restructuring scenarios for the levels of change you're considering. Drill down on any node for the underlying behavioral analysis.
